Hotel Victor Palace

Hotel Victor Palace is situated at 1341/1 Phoujdar Lane in the Khanbhag area of Sangli. It’s a very old part of the city, and the lanes can be a bit narrow sometimes. Our building sits right there in the middle of all the local activity. Khanbhag has its own character, with lots of small shops and houses squeezed together. Finding 1341/1 is pretty straightforward once you get onto Phoujdar Lane. The hotel has been part of this neighborhood for a while now. We spend most of our time making sure the rooms are ready and the lobby looks decent. It’s a tall building for this street, so you can’t really miss it. The staff here are mostly local people who know the area well. We don't have those fancy automated systems you see in big cities; we do a lot of things the traditional way. The lobby has some heavy furniture and the tiles are kept clean. Sometimes the street outside gets crowded during festivals because Khanbhag is quite central. We have our regular routines, checking people in and out, and making sure the kitchen is stocked for the day. It feels more like a big family house than a cold hotel.
