Lyonora Constructions Private Limited

Lyonora Constructions is based in Kolhapur, right near the RTO office. The survey number is 895/3/3. It’s a bit of a specific location, but anyone in the area knows where the RTO is, so it’s easy to find. We are a small construction firm. We don’t have a massive office building; it’s more of a functional space near the main road. Kolhapur is a good place for this kind of work because there is always something being built or fixed. We have a small team, mostly just the owners and a few supervisors who keep an eye on things. We spend most of our days out at the sites, so the office is mainly for keeping the records and meeting people. It’s a bit basic, maybe a few calendars on the wall and some samples of tiles or cement. We aren't trying to be fancy. We just want to build things that stay up and satisfy the people we work for. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but that’s just part of the job. It's a local business through and through. We know the local suppliers and the guys who do the heavy lifting. If you’re around the RTO and see a small office with construction signs, that is probably us just doing our thing. We don't have a big mission statement, just a bunch of guys who know how to handle concrete and steel for local projects.
