Jsr Fertilizer Private Limited is situated in Pratik Plaza. We’re in the Navin Vasahat area on Kolhapur Road in Kabnoor, Ichalkaranji. It’s a busy spot with lots of traffic and people moving around. We sell fertilizers to the local farmers. The shop is full of bags and it has that specific earthy smell. It’s not a fancy place to hang out. We have a counter and some old chairs for people to sit while they wait. We’ve been here for quite some time now. Most of the people who come in are our neighbors or farmers from the nearby villages. We know their names and we know what they’re growing. We don't have a big staff. It's just a few of us. We spend our days loading bags and writing down orders. It’s simple, honest work. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Kolhapur. We just want to provide the stuff that helps the crops grow. Sometimes people come in just to talk about the weather or how the market is doing. We listen and give them whatever advice we can based on what we’ve seen over the years. We aren't corporate people. We’re just part of the local community. It’s a practical business and it keeps us busy. We hope to stay here for many more years, just doing what we do every day.
