Kapila Agro Industries Private Limited

Kapila Agro Industries Private Limited is situated at Plot No. 109/363 in R.K. Nagar. It is an industrial part of Kanpur, so there is always some kind of noise or construction happening nearby. Our plot is basically just a large building where we store and process agro products. It is not the easiest place to find if you are a stranger, but the locals know the way. We have a metal gate that squeaks every time someone opens it, and we never seem to find the time to fix it. Inside, the space is mostly open to make room for the materials and the machinery we use. We do not have any fancy office staff or a reception desk. Usually, if someone comes to the door, one of us just wipes the dust off our hands and goes to see what is needed. The walls are a plain white color and we have a few old calendars hanging up to keep track of the weeks. It gets very hot in the summer, so we have a few big fans blowing all day long. We spend most of our time getting products ready and loading them onto the trucks parked out front. There is a lot of paperwork involving weights and quantities, which we handle at a cluttered desk in the corner. It is a very practical, no-nonsense kind of place to work.
