We don't have a big corporate team. It’s mostly just us and some helping hands when the orders are big. Sonal Colony is a quiet place and we like it that way. Most of our neighbors know us and they just walk over when they need some decorations for a celebration. We do all kinds of balloon work, nothing too fancy but enough to make a room look good for a party. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. Word of mouth is how we get most of our calls. Someone sees a birthday we did and they ask for our number. That is the best way for us. We keep things simple and honest. If we say we will be there at a certain time, we try our best to make it happen. It is just a small local business run by people who live right here in the colony. We are happy being part of the community and helping people celebrate their small moments. It’s what we do every day.
