Our spot is over in Kolhapur, specifically in Unic Towers on Sane Guruji path. We’re up on the thirteenth floor, unit 14. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, but the view is alright. We’ve been working out of this space for a bit now. It’s not a giant corporate setup, just a practical office where we keep our files and meet up before heading out to different sites. Kolhapur is a good place to work, even if the pace is a bit different from the bigger cities. We usually start the day pretty early. There’s a lot of back and forth with the guys on the ground. We don't really go for the fancy presentations or anything like that. Usually, it's just us sitting around a table with some drawings and trying to figure out the best way to get things done. The office gets a bit messy with all the site samples and documents, but we know where everything is. Sane Guruji is a busy enough area, so there’s always something happening outside. We like being part of the local scene here. Most of the people we work with are from around here anyway. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. We just show up, do the work, and try to keep things on track without making a big fuss about it. We’ve been here long enough that people know we're the ones to call for local buildcon stuff and we just keep it moving.
