Hotel The Wood House

Our place is located in Atharva Empaire, which is in the E Ward area of Tarabai Park. It is right across from the Tasane Ground. If you are in Kolhapur, you might know the spot. It is a decent part of town with some trees around. We occupy a section of the building there. There is some wood furniture in the rooms, I guess because of the name. It is not a huge hotel, just a handful of rooms where we put people up. We spend most of our mornings making sure the floors are swept and the linens are changed. The ground across the street gets busy sometimes with kids playing or local events. You can hear the noise if the windows are open. We have a small staff. Most of us live nearby and walk to work. We don't have a big fancy restaurant, just a kitchen area. If someone needs something, they usually just come down and find one of us. The elevators in the building work okay, but they can be slow during the busy times of the day. We try to keep the place quiet so people can sleep. It is just a straightforward spot to stay. Nothing too complicated about it. We see a lot of people coming through for work or just visiting family in the area. We have been at this location for a few years now and have gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood.
