Gladiance

Gladiance is based over at Innlink Techno Zone, Plot 1, under Survey Number 394 in Gadmudshingi. It’s a bit away from the main hub, which actually makes it a decent place to get work done without too many distractions. The office setup is pretty simple. We have our desks, some computers, and a lot of cables running everywhere. Most of the time, the team is just staring at screens or talking about how to fix a bug in the system. We don’t have fancy paintings on the walls or a coffee bar, just a kettle in the corner for making tea when someone needs a break. Gadmudshingi is a quiet area, so we don’t have to deal with the heavy city noise. Sometimes the internet acts up, and we all just sit around waiting for it to come back, but usually, it’s just the steady click of keyboards. We spend our hours figuring out technical problems and trying to make the software behave. It’s not the kind of job where you wear a suit; most of us just show up in jeans and t-shirts. We know each other's habits pretty well by now. When the sun starts to set, we usually wrap up and head home, leaving the servers humming in the dark. It’s just a normal tech job in a quiet corner of the zone. We do our work, chat a bit, and come back the next morning to do it again.
