Gadgil Management

You can find us over at Dabholakar Corner in Kolhapur. It is a busy spot where everyone seems to be passing through at some point in the day. We have been operating from here for some time now. Management work usually involves a lot of phone calls and keeping files in order. The desks are often covered in papers and folders that we need to sort through. It is just a few of us here doing the daily tasks. Sometimes the traffic outside is loud but you get used to it after a few weeks. We don't have a big fancy reception or anything like that. Just a place where people can come and talk about their requirements. Most of our day is spent making sure the schedules are met and things are moving along like they should. The building isn't new but it stays cool enough in the afternoons. We know most of the shopkeepers around the corner by name now. It is a very local way of doing things. We don't use much technology besides the basic computers and our phones. People drop by without calling sometimes just to check on their work status. We try to keep things organized even when it gets a bit chaotic during the peak months. It is just honest work and we stay busy enough to keep the staff occupied throughout the week. There is always coffee or tea on the desk.
