Daily Pudhari

We work out of Pudhari Bharan, which is at 2318 in C-Ward. It is an old building that has seen a lot of years go by. Daily Pudhari is based here, and there is always something going on in the building at all hours. C-Ward is a busy part of the city, so there is never really a quiet moment outside the windows. The rooms are filled with old desks, stacks of paper, and people trying to get things done on a deadline. It is not the kind of place with new furniture or glass walls. The walls here have a bit of wear and tear, and the floors are scuffed from all the walking back and forth. We spend most of our time at these desks. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that is just part of being in this area. There is a certain smell of ink and old paper that stays in the air. We do not have a big sign out front that lights up, just the address and the name of the building. People know where we are because we have been here at 2318 for a long time. It is a simple operation, really. We have our routine and we stick to it every single day. The stairs are a bit steep, and the corridors are narrow, but it works for us. It is just where we come to do the work. The morning light through the old windows is actually quite nice.
