You can find us over at 1325/40, E, in Shivaji Udyam Nagar. This part of the city is very much focused on small industries and workshops, so we fit right in with the neighbors. At Balaji Graphic Industries, the machines are usually running from early in the morning until we finally close up for the night. It can be a bit of a maze back in this section of town, but once you find our unit, it is easy to remember. We handle a lot of different graphic and printing jobs every day. The floor is often covered in paper scraps or little offcuts, but that is just how it goes with the work we do. It is definitely not a quiet place. The constant hum of the equipment is basically the background noise of our lives here. We have stayed in Shivaji Udyam Nagar because it is where everything happens for businesses like ours. There is a good sense of community among the shop owners on this block. Sometimes we help each other out with tools or just chat for a minute while taking a quick break. We do not spend time on fancy decorations or making the front look special. The focus is always on the machines and getting the orders finished so people can pick them up. It gets really busy around certain deadlines, and we often stay late. It is just straightforward work.
