Assocons Projects Llp is based out of Kolhapur. We are up on the 5th floor of the Vasant-Pride building. You’ll find us on Rajarampuri 8th Lane. It’s a lively part of town with a lot of shops and people moving around. Getting to the 5th floor keeps us moving, that’s for sure. We’ve been in this office for a bit now, and it’s served us well. Kolhapur is a good place to be, even if it gets crowded. We just handle our projects from this small space and keep everything organized. It’s not a huge operation, but it’s ours. We spend a lot of time looking at plans and talking over coffee. The view from the 5th floor isn't bad either. We chose Rajarampuri because it’s central. Vasant-Pride is a well-known spot around here, so people usually find us without much trouble. We don’t go in for big marketing or anything like that. We just show up, do the work, and go home. Some days are longer than others, especially when we have deadlines to meet. But being in the heart of Kolhapur makes it easier to get things done. We have a simple setup with a few desks and computers. It’s a working office, not a showroom. We like it that way. Most of our neighbors are other local businesses, so it feels like a community. The building has its quirks, but we have made it our own over the years.
