Allevant Construction Private Limited is located in Peth Vadgaon, which is in the Hatkanangle Taluka of Kolhapur. Our main office is at C.S. No. 88/13 in Vidya Colony. We are just a local construction team that’s been working around this area for quite some time now. We aren't a big corporation with thousands of employees; we are just a group of people who know how to put a building together. Most of our work is done right here in the local community, building homes for neighbors or fixing up commercial spaces. Being based in Kolhapur means we understand the local climate and what kind of materials work best for the structures here. We don’t have a fancy website or a sales team to talk people into things. Most of our jobs come from people seeing our trucks or talking to someone we’ve already built for. It’s a lot of manual labor, and we spend most of our time out on the sites rather than sitting in the office in Vidya Colony. We try to keep our prices fair and our timelines realistic, though sometimes the weather or a late truck messes things up. That’s just the reality of the construction business. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just focus on getting the foundations poured and the roofs on. It’s a simple way to run a business, but it keeps us busy and allows us to contribute something useful to our town.
