We've been operating out of Starling Tower here in Kolhapur for a while now. Gavat Mandai is where most people know us. It’s a busy area, specifically at Gala No 4/4. People often drop by just to ask about local land or what’s being built around 1031/C-2-E. We aren't a big fancy office with glass walls everywhere. It’s just us working on various development projects around the city. Kolhapur has changed a lot lately. We try to keep up with the paperwork and the actual site work, which takes up most of our day. Sometimes the office is a bit messy with blueprints and files. That is just how it goes when you are actually doing the work instead of just sitting around. If you are looking for the place, it is right in the heart of the local market area. Most of the staff grew up around here, so we know the streets pretty well. We handle the day-to-day stuff that comes with realty and developing. It's mostly about managing sites and making sure things get done right. We don't have a big marketing team. It’s usually just one of us picking up the phone or meeting someone at the site. The 416001 area is our home base. We spend a lot of time traveling between the office and the different spots we are working on. It’s a lot of coordination, honestly. We just keep our heads down and do the job.
