Vinay Table Bricks

We are located in Vadagur, right near the Bangalore to Chennai Highway, also known as NH75. Our place is called Vinay Table Bricks because that’s the specific way we make them. Being so close to the highway means we see a lot of traffic passing by all the time. It is a good location for getting our deliveries out to different towns without much trouble. The yard is usually a hive of activity with people molding bricks on the tables and setting them out to dry. It is very repetitive work, but it needs to be done carefully to get the shape right. We don't use a lot of big machines for the molding part; we prefer the old way. The weather out here can be quite unpredictable, so we are always keeping an eye on the sky. If it looks like rain, everyone has to drop what they’re doing and cover the unbaked bricks with plastic sheets. It can be a bit chaotic at times. We don't have a fancy reception area. If you come by, you’ll likely find us out in the yard or near the kilns. We mostly deal with small builders and people working on their own homes. We don't have a big marketing plan or anything. We just focus on making sure the bricks are strong and ready for use. It’s a busy life being so close to the main road, but we’re used to it.
