Sree Guru Public School

Our school is over at Sree Guru Sadana, right near Mahatma Gandhi Circle in the White Garden area of Malur. It’s a nice part of Kolar to be in, and the location is easy enough for everyone to find. The building itself is quite familiar to people living nearby. We have a mix of old and new furniture in the classrooms, and the walls are covered with drawings from the students. It’s not a silent place by any means; you can usually hear teachers talking and kids reciting things if you walk down the hallway. We have a bit of a garden area where the students gather during their breaks, and it's probably the most popular part of the grounds. Most of the staff here have lived in Malur for a long time, so we know most of the families who send their children to us. We don't use a lot of fancy technology, just the usual books, pens, and paper. The mornings start with everyone gathering together, and then it’s just a steady flow of lessons until the final bell rings. We try to keep the place clean, though with so many kids around, there's always something to tidy up. It’s a very local, down-to-earth environment where we just focus on the daily tasks of running a school in our town. We make sure the gates are locked on time and everything is ready for the next day.
