Xion Importers & Exporters

We’re based on the second floor of Goureesam on Layam Road in Tripunithura. It’s a nice enough area, though it gets quite crowded around the temple festivals. Xion Importers & Exporters is where we spend most of our waking hours. The office is up a flight of stairs, and we’ve got enough windows to see what’s going on down on the street. Mostly, we deal with the back-and-forth of bringing things in and sending things out. It sounds more exciting than it actually is, because a lot of it is just checking boxes on forms and making sure we didn't miss a digit on an invoice. We’ve got a routine down now. We come in, start the coffee, and dive into the paperwork. Some days are slow and we just sit around chatting, but other days we can barely keep up with the calls. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just rely on doing the work and hoping people find us reliable. Layam Road is a good place to be, and we’ve gotten to know the other shop owners nearby. It feels like a community. We just keep doing our bit, trying to stay organized and making sure the shipments don't get stuck somewhere they shouldn't be. It’s honest work, and it keeps us out of trouble. We just focus on the task at hand and try to make sure everything gets where it belongs.
