Our office is on SRM Road in Kaloor, right near the BSNL Exchange. It’s a well-known spot in this part of Kochi. We are Sree Gokulam Exports & Imports India Pvt. Ltd. The name sounds quite formal, but we are a pretty down-to-earth group of people working here. We handle the logistics of moving goods in and out of the country. It involves a lot of phone calls, checking schedules, and dealing with a mountain of paperwork. The office is functional—lots of filing cabinets, printers, and computers. Being near the BSNL Exchange is very handy for giving people directions when they come to visit. Kaloor is always crowded, so there’s a lot of noise and energy outside our windows. We don't have a big corporate culture or anything like that. We usually just have our tea together in the afternoon and discuss what shipments are delayed or which ones just arrived at the port. It’s practical work. We aren't into big speeches or fancy missions. We just want to make sure the containers get to where they’re supposed to go without too much trouble.
