Aaviana Trading Llp

Aaviana Trading Llp is on the 3rd floor of Surya Square. We are right by the Mangalapuzha Bridge at the UC College Seminary Road Junction in Aluva. It’s a well-known intersection in the Ernakulam District. Being on the third floor gives us a bit of a view of the traffic below. We do trading, which means we spend a lot of time on the phone negotiating prices and checking stock levels. It’s a lot of coordination between people who have things and people who need them. We aren't a huge firm, just a few of us in a regular office space. Sometimes the lift in the building is out of order, so we end up taking the stairs, which keeps us fit I suppose. We don't use much fancy software, just the basics to keep track of our trades. Aluva is a good place to be based because it’s connected to so many other areas. We’ve had some good years and some tough ones, but we’re still here doing what we do. Our desks are usually covered in notebooks and pens. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist, you just walk in and talk to whoever is free. It’s a very informal way of working but it suits us just fine. We just try to be honest with everyone we deal with. It's a lot of work but we enjoy it.
