You can find Orient Trades over at the Pulinat Building in Thevara. We’re on the 4th floor, unit number 27/3211. It’s a decent-sized building and there’s always something going on in the hallways. Getting up to the 4th floor is easy enough with the elevator, though we’ve had to take the stairs a few times when the power flickers. The office itself is pretty basic. We’ve got some sturdy tables and a bunch of filing cabinets that have seen better days. It’s where we do all the trades and paperwork. Thevara is a good spot for us, not too far from everything but out of the worst of the city traffic. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at screens, just keeping the business going. There’s no corporate polish here, just a few people trying to stay on top of their work. We’ve got a small kettle in the corner for making coffee, and that’s about as fancy as it gets. Orient Trades isn’t about big promises; it’s just about doing the job. We like the Pulinat Building because it feels solid and reliable, which is how we try to be too. We’ve been in 27/3211 for a while now, and all the neighbors know us by now. It’s a straightforward way to run a business without any unnecessary fuss or bother, just the daily grind of trading and managing logs.
