You can find Abad Exim Pvt. Ltd. at Plot No. 32 & 33 in the Cochin Special Economic Zone in Kakkanad. Being inside the SEZ means there are a lot of rules we have to follow, but it's where we need to be for our export and import work. The plots are quite large, so we have a bit of space for our operations. It’s a busy industrial area and there’s always trucks moving around. We spend our days dealing with a lot of customs paperwork and making sure everything is up to code for the zone authorities. It can be a bit of a grind sometimes, especially when the regulations change. We have a small group of employees who know the ins and outs of the zone. We don't have any big corporate mission or anything like that. We just want to get the shipments processed so they can get to the port.
