Axis Concern

We are based in Aluva and go by the name Axis Concern. It is a small operation we have got going here. Aluva is a nice place to be, though it gets quite damp during the monsoon season. Our office is just a simple setup with the basic things we need to get through the day. We do not have a lot of staff, just a few local people who know the area well and have been with us for a while. We handle various tasks that come our way under the Axis Concern name. It is not the kind of place with a reception desk or a waiting room. Usually, if someone comes by to see us, we just pull up an extra chair and offer them some water. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out and about meeting people around town. It is a very hands-on way of doing things. We do not believe in making things more complicated than they have to be. If there is a problem, we just sit down and try to figure it out without any big meetings or long emails. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to do, and other times we might close up a bit early if it is a slow day. That is the benefit of being a small local business. We do not have any fancy brochures. We just focus on the day-to-day work and being helpful when we can.
