We've been at the Amrita Trade Towers on SA Road for a while now. Being up on the 7th floor gives us a decent view of the traffic below, which is usually a mess during rush hour. Most of our day at Vkr Imports & Exports Pvt. Ltd. is spent on the phones or checking emails about shipments coming in and going out. It's not a flashy job, but it keeps us busy. We handle a lot of the paperwork that people don't really see. Sometimes the elevators in the building take forever, so we've learned to be patient. We have a small team here. We mostly just focus on getting things moved from one place to another without too many headaches. It’s a lot of logistical stuff, tracking boxes, and making sure the numbers match up. We’ve had some long days lately, especially when a container gets delayed at the port, which happens more than you'd think. We don't really have a fancy philosophy or anything like that. We just come in, do the work, and try to get home at a reasonable time. The office is usually quiet unless someone is arguing with a carrier. It’s just how we run things. Nothing too complicated, just a normal office routine. If you ever find yourself on SA Road and look up at the towers, that’s where we are, just doing our thing day after day. It is a living.
