Our office, Almuayed Tours Travels, sits near the Ravipuram Temple on Ravipuram Road. It’s a handy spot because people can find us easily when they’re out doing their errands. We handle a lot of different things like booking flights and helping people with their travel documents. It’s a small, quiet space compared to the busy road outside. Usually, it’s just us and the sound of the fan overhead. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing away on our keyboards. People come in with their passports and ask about the best ways to get to different places. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who know how the systems work. There are some old brochures on the table, but most people already know where they want to go. We just help them make it happen. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot of paperwork to finish up. Ravipuram is a good area to be in, and being near the temple means there’s always someone passing by. We don’t do any flashy advertising. Most of our customers are people from the neighborhood or friends of people we’ve helped before. It’s a regular office with a couple of desks and some filing cabinets. We just take things one booking at a time and try to keep everything moving along without too much fuss. It's how we've always done things here.
