You can find us at Lissie Junction right on Banerji Road. It is a very busy spot with people always rushing to the metro or the hospital nearby. Our office is small and tucked away. We have some old maps on the walls and a couple of computers that are a bit slow. Most of our day is spent booking tickets and checking schedules for buses and trains. It is a lot of waiting on hold and typing in names. We don't have a fancy waiting lounge. There are just a few plastic chairs for people to sit on while we work out their travel plans. Banerji Road is always loud so we have to talk a bit louder to be heard over the traffic. We get all sorts of people coming in. Some are going for holidays and others are just trying to get home. We don't do big tours or anything like that. We just help people get from one place to another. Sometimes the internet goes down and we have to do things the old way with a pen and paper. It can be a bit stressful when a bus is late or a ticket doesn't go through. We drink tea from the stall next door several times a day. It’s just a normal travel desk in a crowded part of the city. We’ve been here for years and know the area well. Most of the people who come in live right around here.
