You can find us at Chammany Towers, which is right opposite the bus stand in Kaloor. It’s a busy spot because of the buses, so there’s always noise and people rushing around outside. Panchavarna Travels Holidays has been in this building for some time now. We spend most of our time looking at maps and checking schedules on the computer. It’s not a huge office, just enough space for us to sit and talk to people who want to go somewhere. Since the bus stand is right across the street, we get a lot of people dropping in after they get off their ride. Sometimes we have old posters on the walls that we haven't changed in a year. It gets a bit dusty with the window open, but we like to see what's happening on the street. We handle trips and bookings without much drama. It’s mostly about getting the details right so people don't get stuck. Kaloor is a central place to be, and Chammany Towers is easy for anyone to find. We don't use fancy systems, just a lot of lists and notes. Some days are longer than others, especially when things get busy during the holidays. We just stay here and make sure the paperwork is sorted. It’s a straightforward job and we are just regular people working here every day. We don't make things complicated for no reason.
