We are located right on Banerji Road, which is pretty much the main artery of this part of town. It’s loud, fast, and always moving. Our building sits right in the thick of it. When you step inside from the street, the noise of the buses and cars dies down a little, but you can still feel the energy of the city. We don’t have a flashy entrance. It’s just a regular door that leads into where we do all our management work. The rooms are basic, painted in colors that don't distract too much. We spend a lot of time sitting around the main table talking through schedules or looking over student files. There’s always a stack of books somewhere that needs moving. We’ve got a small area for coffee, though the machine is a bit temperamental sometimes. Banerji Road is convenient for everyone, which is why we like being here even if the parking is a nightmare. Most of us take the bus anyway. The institute feels like a second home because we spend more time here than anywhere else. We don’t bother with fancy titles or a lot of corporate fluff. It’s just a group of us trying to keep things organized and making sure the management classes go off as planned. At the end of the day, we pull the shutters down and join the crowd heading home on the main road. It's just a regular way to earn a living.
