Good Hope Central School

Good Hope Central School is found at Plot 304 in Pokhariput Village. We are right near the post office, which makes it easy for people to find us. This part of Bhubaneshwar, the 751020 area, is where we’ve set up shop. It’s a village area but it’s grown a lot over the years. Being a central school, we have kids coming from all around the Pokhariput neighborhood. Our building is pretty plain, just a standard school building on Plot 304. We don’t see the need for anything too flashy. Every day starts about the same, with the sounds of the village waking up and the students arriving. We spend our time managing the classes and making sure the building is in good shape. It’s honest work. We aren't trying to sell anyone on anything. If you live in Pokhariput, you probably know where we are. The post office is a good landmark for us. Sometimes it’s a bit dusty, sometimes it’s rainy, but we keep the school going regardless. It’s a local operation, run by people who live nearby. We don't have a corporate office somewhere else. Everything happens right here in the village. We just take it one day at a time, keeping things running for the families who rely on us. It’s a quiet, busy life and we wouldn't have it any other way. We usually have to sweep the porch twice a day because of the dust.
