Fokus Hr

We are Fokus Hr, and you can find us at the Chandrama Housing Complex in Kharvella Nagar. Specifically, we are in Flat No.Cd - 0/1 within Block C. It is a bit of a different setup being inside a housing complex, but it makes the place feel more comfortable and less like a cold corporate environment. We are in Unit-III of the area here in Bhubaneshwar. The office is basically a converted flat, so it has a kitchen and a few rooms where we have set up our workstations. People come by for meetings, and we usually just sit in what used to be the living room. It works for us because it’s quiet and we can actually hear ourselves think. We spend our time looking through resumes and talking to people on the phone. The pace in Bhubaneshwar is a bit slower than the big metros, which we don't mind at all. We have our regulars who know exactly which block to look for when they visit. There is no big sign out front, just the name on the door. We don't bother with fancy brochures or anything like that. The work we do is pretty straightforward, and we like to keep it that way. It’s just a small group of us trying to get through the pile of work each day. It’s a bit crowded but we make it work together.
