Global Innovsource Solutions

We have been operating Global Innovsource Solutions out of our office in Bhubaneswar for quite some time now. Being located in Orissa, specifically in the 751010 area, means we are right in the middle of a busy part of the city. The office isn't anything too flashy, just a practical space where we all show up and get through the daily pile of work. Most of us who work here live nearby, so we know the local area pretty well. It gets quite hot in this part of India during the summer months, but we just keep the fans going and stay focused on what needs to get done. We don't really spend much time on fancy presentations or long meetings that don't go anywhere. Instead, we just sit at our desks and handle the tasks as they come in. There is usually a bit of noise from the street outside, but you get used to it after a few days. We keep a steady rhythm going from Monday to Friday. Sometimes things get a bit hectic when a lot of work piles up at once, but we just manage it as a group. It is a simple setup here in Bhubaneswar, with just enough room for the team and our equipment. We like being in this neighborhood because it feels connected to the rest of the city. Every day is pretty much the same routine of coming in, grabbing some tea, and getting started.
