Nagaraju Transport

Nagaraju Transport is run from my home at Hno 4-24 in Repallewada Village. We are part of the Chinthakani Mandal, and it is a good spot for a transport business because we can get to the main roads fairly easily. I spend a lot of my time behind the wheel or talking to drivers on the phone. Transport is a tough business because something is always going wrong, like a flat tire or a engine problem in the middle of nowhere. I started with just one vehicle and now we have a few more, but it still feels like a small operation. The village is quiet, but our yard is often full of the sound of big engines warming up in the morning. We carry all sorts of things for people around the district. Sometimes it’s building materials, other times it is farm goods. My wife helps with the paperwork at the kitchen table because we don’t have a separate office building. It gets a bit crowded with all the logs and receipts everywhere. I like being on the road, even if the hours are long and the tea at the roadside stalls isn't always great. Repallewada is where I grew up, so I know every turn in the road around here. We don't promise anything fancy, we just try to get the load from one place to the next without too much trouble. It is a lot of driving and a lot of waiting.
