Gandhi Transport

Our place is out in Uppusaka, right at house number 4-00. It’s part of the Burghampahad Mandal area. Gandhi Transport has been operating from this spot for quite some time. It's a lot of coordination, making sure the drivers know where they are going and the vehicles are ready to move. The roads around Pinakapa Pattinagar get dusty in the summer and a bit muddy when it rains, but we manage. It’s a family-run kind of thing, mostly. We don’t have a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. Just a desk, some logbooks, and the sound of engines nearby. Moving things from one place to another sounds easy until you actually have to do it every day. There’s always a tire to fix or a route to plan. We spend a lot of time talking to folks in the district about their goods. Sometimes the phone rings late at night because a truck is delayed, but that’s just how transport goes. We like being in this part of the district. It’s quiet enough but busy enough for work. People around here know where we are. We don't do much advertising; word of mouth usually keeps us busy enough. We just try to get things delivered without making a fuss about it. It’s honest work and it keeps us on our toes. The paperwork stacks up sometimes, but we get through it eventually and start again the next morning.
