Mamata Medical College

Mamata Medical College is located right on the Mamata General Hospital campus here in Khammam. It’s a large area, specifically at 5-7-200. Since we are part of the hospital grounds, there is always something going on. Students are constantly walking back and forth between classes and the wards. It’s a busy place. Most of the time, you’ll see people in white coats heading to different departments. We’ve been here in Telangana for quite some time now. The campus is basically where everyone lives and breathes medicine. It’s not just about textbooks; the students spend a lot of their day seeing how a real hospital runs. We have different buildings for different subjects. It gets pretty crowded during the day with patients and families coming to the hospital next door. Living and working here means you get used to the noise and the pace of a medical facility. The 507002 area is where we stay. It’s a big responsibility, making sure everything runs okay for the students. We don't have much time for fancy talk. It is mostly about getting through the curriculum and making sure the practical stuff is handled. The campus is like its own little town. People come from all over the state to study here. It’s just a place where future doctors spend their years learning the ropes and getting their training done.
