This college is out in Tanikella village, which is part of the Konijarla Mandal. If you are coming from Khammam, it takes a bit of a drive to get out here. The area is quite green and there are fields all around the campus. We have a few different buildings for the various courses we offer. It is a quiet place compared to the main town. Most of our students travel in by bus or on their own scooters. We have a parking area that gets pretty full by nine in the morning. The staff usually gets here a little earlier to open up the rooms. It is a practical setup. We have labs and lecture halls that are used throughout the day. Nothing is too fancy or over the top. We just provide the space for people to sit and learn. The office is usually busy with paperwork and registrations. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, but we are used to that in the village. We just wait for it to come back on and keep going. During lunch, students gather under the trees or sit in the canteen area. It is a very local feel here. Everyone seems to know everyone else. We try to keep the grounds tidy, but with the dust from the road, it is a constant job. It is just a simple place for higher education in this part of Khammam.
