This location is in Dammapeta, out in the Khammam district. The office is run out of a house, D.No: 3-75, right on the SBH Road. It’s conveniently located near the bank, which is helpful because there’s always something that needs to be paid or sorted out there. The house belongs to P. Krishnaiah’s daughter. It’s a very busy road, so there’s always the sound of buses and cars passing by throughout the day. We deal with a lot of university-related paperwork here, helping students with their forms and other requirements. The rooms are filled with tall metal cupboards where we store all the files and applications. It gets quite crowded during the admissions season when everyone is in a hurry to get their things submitted. We have a few desks squeezed into the front room, and the ceiling fan hums loudly while we work. The light from the front door is usually enough during the day, so we don't always turn on the big lights. It’s a bit of a cramped space when more than three people are inside, but we make it work. Outside, the SBH Road is always dusty, and we have to wipe down the tables every few hours to keep the papers clean. It’s a humble place that serves a lot of people from the surrounding villages who are trying to get their education sorted out. We just take it one student at a time.
