We are located in Naradpur, specifically in Jaganathapur within the Champua area. It’s not a complicated operation. We mostly focus on what we can grow in this part of Kendujhar. Farming here has its own set of challenges, like the soil being tough or the market being far away. By coming together, we try to handle those bits a bit better. None of us are professional businessmen; we are just people who know how to plant and harvest. We spend most of our time out in the fields or meeting up to discuss what to do with the next batch of crops. It’s a lot of trial and error. Sometimes we get it right, and sometimes we have to try something else next year. We don’t have fancy brochures or a big marketing team.
