Tirtol 4S4R Farmer Producer Company Limited is based out of Plot No-301. We are right in Pippalmadhabtirtol. It’s a quiet place most of the time. We have a lot of farmers who work with us here. Most days start early before the sun gets too high. We meet up at the plot to discuss the crops and what needs doing for the week. It’s not a corporate setup at all. We just sit around and talk about things that matter to the farm. Sometimes we have tea and just look at the fields. The address is easy to find once you get into Pippalmadhab. We’ve been here for a bit now. The 4S4R part of our name is just something we use, but mostly people just know us as the local farm group. We handle a lot of different things throughout the year depending on the season. If it's harvest time, nobody is in the office. Everyone is outside working. We don't have a website or anything like that. We just do things the old way. You talk to people face to face and get things sorted. Plot 301 is where the paperwork happens when we actually have to do it. It’s a simple life but we like it. We focus on what’s growing and making sure the farmers get a fair shake. It is a decent way to spend our days here in the village and we enjoy it.
