Sree Suklambar Farmers Producer Company Limited is based out of Nuagan. We work from Ajaya Kumar Sahoo’s place in the Chendipada area. It’s pretty quiet out here most of the time, except when things get busy with the crops. We aren't a big corporation with high-rise offices. We’re just a bunch of neighbors in Nuagan who decided it made more sense to work together than alone. Some of us have been farming since we were kids, and we’ve seen how things change over the years. We handle the day-to-day stuff like getting supplies and figuring out where to sell what we grow. It gets messy sometimes, and we probably spend too much time drinking tea and talking about the rain. But that’s just how it is here. The office is really just a spot to keep our records and meet up. We don't use a lot of fancy words or big business strategies. It’s mostly about making sure the work gets done and everyone gets a fair shake. People around here know where to find us if they have questions. Chendipada is a small place, so word travels fast. We just focus on the soil and the seasons. It's tough work, but it's what we know. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. Just local farmers doing our thing and hoping for a good harvest every year.
