We are located at MIG-II in the Housing Board Colony in Katni. It’s the same area where a couple of other businesses are. We focus on plantations, which means we deal with things that take a long time to grow, like trees. It’s a business that requires a lot of patience. You can't rush nature, and we’ve learned that the hard way over the years. Our office in Katni is just a place to handle the paperwork, like permits and bills. Most of the real work happens out where the soil is. We spend a lot of time traveling to different plots of land around Madhya Pradesh. We’ve seen all kinds of weather, from the heavy rains to the dry spells that make everything crack. You just have to deal with it as it comes. We are a small team and we don't have any big titles or a fancy hierarchy. Everyone does a bit of everything. If you come by the office, it might be a bit quiet because we’re out working, but we’re always around eventually. We don't use any promotional language or try to act like we’re bigger than we are. We’re just people who like growing things and want to make a living doing it. It’s slow work, but it’s what we know and what we’re good at.
