Our small office is set up near the Jain temple in Singrampur. If you know the area, it's easy to find. We are over at Arvind Kumar Dhangar’s place. It’s a local spot in Tehsil Jabera where things move at a bit of a slower pace than the big cities. Samradhha Samadhan Agro Private Limited is what we call ourselves on the paperwork, but to the people around here, we’re just the folks working on agro stuff. We spend a lot of time talking to the locals about their crops and what they need for the next season. Being near the temple means there’s always people walking by, so we hear a lot of news. It’s a simple setup. We don't have any flashy signs or anything like that. There’s a desk, some chairs, and usually someone stopping by for a chat. The work is mostly about finding solutions for the farm issues that pop up around Singrampur. We deal with the basics of agriculture and try to keep things moving forward. Sometimes it’s a bit dusty, and the roads can be a mess after it rains, but we manage. We aren't looking to change the world overnight, just trying to help out where we can in our corner of the tehsil. It feels right being located in a house instead of some cold office building. It makes the work feel more like part of the community. We just stay busy and do our bit.
