Softbraininfotech is located at 189-R near the busy Ramlal Chok. It is a lively area with plenty of people and vehicles moving around at all hours. Our office is a simple room where we have our computers and work stations set up. We are not a big company with many floors; it is just us in this small space. The sound of the traffic outside is constant, but once we get focused on the screens, we do not notice it much. We spend our days doing technical work and helping people with their software issues. The office is often a bit messy with cables, old keyboards, and manuals piled up on the shelves. We keep the windows open for some fresh air, even if it brings in a bit of dust from the street. We do not have a formal reception desk, so people just walk right in and talk to us. We have been at Ramlal Chok for a few years now and we like being in such a central spot. There is a small tea shop nearby where we go for our breaks. We do not use a lot of fancy tech talk when we explain things to our visitors. We just try to be practical and solve the problems they bring to us. It is a quiet kind of work in a very loud part of town, and that suits us just fine.
