Our office is No. 603 on the sixth floor of the Skylark building in Nehru Place. If you know Nehru Place, you know it’s a bit of a jungle when it comes to computers and electronics. We are right in the thick of it all. Nehru Place It Hub is a small operation where we handle all sorts of tech stuff. The office is usually a bit of a mess with open computer towers, loose cables, and spare keyboards lying around. It’s not the kind of place where you’d expect to see a lot of polished furniture. We spend our hours fixing software bugs or trying to get a piece of hardware to behave. It’s often quiet in the office because everyone is focused on their screen, except for the sound of someone typing or the fan of a server running in the corner. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a sales team. Most of our work comes from people who know we can solve their technical problems. Nehru Place can be an exhausting place to be every day because of the crowds and the noise, but it’s also where everything happens in the IT world. We like being near the parts suppliers and other tech people. We just take each job as it comes, fix what’s broken, and try to keep things running for our clients. It’s a busy, unpretentious way to work.
