You can find Jhilmil Dhaba Complex right on the G T Road at milestone 132. We are situated directly opposite Karnal Lake, so a lot of people stop by when they are driving between Delhi and Chandigarh. It started out as a small roadside place and grew into this bigger complex over time. We have plenty of parking space, which is what most drivers are looking for when they need a break. Inside, it’s mostly big tables and benches where families can sit together. We serve the usual North Indian food that you expect at a dhaba. The kitchen stays busy almost all day and night because the highway never really sleeps. It can get a bit hectic during lunch and dinner hours, especially on weekends when everyone is traveling. We don't have fancy decorations or anything. It’s just a plain, functional building meant for eating and stretching your legs. We make sure the washrooms are usable and the tea is hot. The staff is mostly local guys who have been with us for a long time. They know how to get the food out fast because people are usually in a hurry to get back on the road. It’s just a regular stop for travelers who need a meal and a bit of rest before finishing their journey.
