We sit near Ashoka Confectionery, which is a big landmark around here. It's a busy little corner of the world. We’ve been serving chat to the locals in the 132001 area for some time. There isn't much space to sit, but people don't seem to mind standing and eating. We open up every day and stay until the food runs out. Sometimes we get a big rush in the evenings when school lets out and people finish work. It gets loud and a bit chaotic, but that’s just how it goes with a chat shop. My family has been doing this kind of work for a long time. We don't have a big menu, just the usual things people like to eat. The shop is simple, nothing fancy about the walls or the stools. We focus on making the food the same way every day. New Prem Nagar is a nice neighborhood to be in. We know most of the people who live on this street. If you're passing by Ashoka Confectionery, just look for Shop no-4. We'll be there. It’s a plain place, but it works for us and the people who come by. We don't do any big advertisements or anything. People just know where we are. We just keep the stall clean and keep the snacks coming for anyone who is hungry.
