C.D.P. - Indian

We are based out of Karnal, specifically at B/22 in the Cssri area. The pin code here is 132001. Being at the Central Soil Salinity Research Institute campus means it is usually a lot quieter than the main parts of town. Our office is just a simple space in the B block, number 22. It is easy to find if you are already inside the campus, as the roads are laid out pretty well. We have been here for a while and the routine is mostly the same every day. We come in, sit at our stations, and handle the paperwork or whatever else is on the list for that morning. Karnal is a nice place, not too big but not too small either, and being slightly tucked away in Cssri gives us a bit of peace to focus. The building is an older style, typical for this kind of research area, so it has that solid feel to it. There are trees around and you can hear the birds in the morning when we first arrive. It is a very straightforward setup. We do not have any big signs or anything fancy out front, just the door and our desks inside. It is a practical location for the kind of work we handle here day in and day out. Sometimes the mail takes a bit longer to reach us inside the campus, but we don't mind the slower pace of things compared to the city center.
