Vinayaka Traders

Our place is at No. 31 on Hyderabad Road. We are quite close to the Pochamma Temple which is a good landmark if you are trying to find us for the first time. You can usually hear the temple bells from where we sit in the shop. Ganesh Nagar is a lively area and there is always something going on with the neighbors. We deal with a lot of different traders and people coming in to check on their orders throughout the day. The shop itself is pretty basic with wooden counters and some metal racks for the stock. We have a small back room where we keep the extra stuff. It stays a bit cooler back there than in the front. The Hyderabad Road is always noisy with buses and bikes going past at all hours. I usually have a cup of coffee in the afternoon to stay awake when the heat starts to make me feel a bit sleepy. We have a calendar on the wall with pictures of gods and we mark off the days as they go by. It is just a regular trading business. We do not have any big advertisements or anything like that. People mostly know us because we have been here at No. 31 for a while. The front door stays open most of the day to let the breeze in but that also means a lot of street noise and dust comes in too. We just get on with our work and try to keep things simple.
