My name is Vangala Krishna and I work with Kesoram Cement here in G.D. Nagar. My father is Sundaraiah, and we have been in this area of Basant Nagar for a long time. Our location is in the Karimnagar district. It is a simple place to live and work. The pin code is 505 187 if anyone is wondering. We are right here in Andhra Pradesh, India. The work involves a lot of routine. We see the same people at the local shops and on the way to the site every morning. G.D. Nagar is a quiet spot, though you can hear the factory sounds in the distance if the wind is right. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just us doing the daily tasks that come with the cement business. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just wait for it to come back on. It’s a practical way of life. The office doesn't have much besides a couple of chairs and some ledgers. We get our work done without making a big fuss about it. People know us in the neighborhood, so we don't need a lot of signs. If you walk down the main road, you'll eventually find us. It’s just how things go around here. We stay busy but keep it simple. It's nice to work where people know your family name.
