Srm Degree And Pg College sits right on Chinthakunta Road here in Karimnagar. We have the whole Srm Building which has been our home for quite some time now. We offer the usual degree courses and some postgraduate ones too. It is a busy place, especially in the mornings when the buses arrive. Students come from all over the district, not just from the city itself. The halls are usually crowded between classes. We have a library that stays pretty quiet, but the rest of the college is usually buzzing with people talking. Our faculty members have been with us for years. They know the subjects and they know how to handle the students who might be lagging behind. We do not have a lot of bells and whistles. It is mostly just classrooms and the necessary labs for the science groups. It can get a bit hectic during admission season or when exams are being held. You will see lines of students waiting to pay fees or get their hall tickets. We try to keep the fans running during the summer because Karimnagar gets really hot. It is just a regular college where local young people come to get their degrees so they can find a decent job or move on to more studies. We do our work, the students do theirs, and that is pretty much how the days go by here.
