C V M College of Pharmacy is located in Vellichala, which is a bit of a distance from the main Karimnagar town. It is a quiet area, mostly surrounded by open land and some small houses. The college building stands out because there is not much else around it. We have several labs where students spend most of their time working with chemicals and glass bottles. The smell of the lab is something you get used to after a few days. The classrooms are basic, with rows of benches and a chalkboard at the front. Most of the students take the bus to get here, so the place gets very quiet once the last bus leaves in the evening. We have a small office where the administrative work happens, and it is usually piled high with files and paperwork. The staff is quite small, so we all know each other well. It is a practical environment. There are not many places to eat nearby, so most people bring their own lunch and eat together in the common room. The weather in this part of Telangana can get very hot, and the building can feel like an oven in May. We have a few trees planted around the perimeter, but they are still small. It is a simple college for people who want to study pharmacy without the distractions of the big city. The road to Vellichala is mostly okay, but it has some rough patches that make the ride bumpy.
