Sri Ganesar Higher Secondary School

We are located in Kudiyiruppu, specifically in the Panickanadar area. Sri Ganesar Higher Secondary School has been around for a while, serving the people who live in this part of town. It’s a higher secondary school, so we have the older students who are starting to think about what they’ll do after they finish. The building is a solid structure, nothing too modern, but it stays relatively cool even when the sun is out. We have a lot of students who come from the surrounding houses. It’s a walk for most of them. The atmosphere here is pretty straightforward. We don't have any of those expensive labs or high-tech gadgets you see in the city schools. We have our textbooks and the teachers use the boards to explain the math and science problems. During the breaks, the yard is full of kids talking and some of them playing with a ball if they have one. We try to keep things moving along according to the timetable. It’s a lot of work, especially during exam time when everyone is a bit stressed. But mostly, it’s just the usual routine of a local school. We know the parents and they know us. It’s a simple, honest place where we just do our jobs. The desks have seen better days but they still hold up. We don't have much in the way of decoration, just some basic notices on the wall.
